Nina Brooks and her two children were lucky enough to walk away from a one car accident that happened shortly after noon on Saturday, August 29, on Teague Rd., just past Hillhouse Rd. According to the sheriff’s report, Brooke swerved to avoid something in the road and wound up in a ditch, causing damage to the front end of her Oldsmobile Bravada. Brooks and her children were not injured.
