Bolivar Civitan Club, Inc. presented Peyton Shelton the William L. Shelby Scholarship. His essay was chosen by members of the scholarship committee. Peyton is a 2015 graduate of Bolivar Central High School and is the son of Andy and Lee Ann Shelton.
