City of Bolivar continues strategic planning process

Over the past few months, the city of Bolivar has been involved in a strategic planning process. The first stage was a survey, which was completed in July 2014. The survey was a dual approach reaching out to local businesses and residents. One hundred fifty surveys were completed and analyzed.
