UPCOMING: An investigative look inside the Department of Children's Services

Beginning in this week's edition of The Bulletin-Times, we begin to take an inside look at the double standars and corruption allegations within the Department of Children's Services (DCS) and how those standards and actions potentially impact the care the state provides for abused and neglected children. Beginning this week, we will look at the recent arrest and court appearance of one of the top rank officials in DCS, how it is the second DCS leader to be arrested in the region within the past year, and the lack of disciplinary action from the department in response to the criminal behavior.
