MLK Parade Scheduled for Jan. 13

The Hardeman County Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Parade Committee is pleased to announce that the Annual Hardeman County parade honoring the Life and Legacy of Dr. King will be held on Saturday, January 13. The line –up will begin at 12:00 Noon, at Bolivar Elementary School and the Parade will kick-off at 2:00 p.m., traveling along Market Street and ending at the Luez Theatre.
Emphasis will be on a cause for which Dr. King worked; High Quality Elementary and Secondary Education. Elected officials of Hardeman County; cities and towns, businesses, parent and youth groups, religious and community organizations are invited to show their support by entering the parade.
