The edge of Middleton Park was lined with vendors selling everything from food to crafts.

Weather great for Fur, Fin and Feather Festival

Hot and dry weather, combined with food, crafts, and music made the 26th annual Fur, Fin and Feather, which was held of Friday, September 4, and Saturday, September 5, at Middleton City Park, a large success.
Hot weather kept some of the crowds away during the day but those who came out were treated to plenty of food and crafts, as well as games and an exhibition by the Hardeman County Rescue Squad. For those who got too hot, the Fur, Fin and Feather Art Show in The Middleton Community Center offered a nice air conditioned relief.
As the sun set, the weather turned a bit cooler and offered a perfect atmosphere for music, Acts this year included Lee Anne Taylor, The Band of Jones, Parsons Creek, (who played both nights), the Middleton High School Band, Chase Antwine, and 10-O-C, who has appeared at the festival since its inception.
