Local leaders, including Hardeman County Mayor Jimmy Sain and Bolivar Mayor Julian McTizic signed a proclamation commending the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse for “its continued success in helping families break free from the cycle of abuse and urge full public support of their successful efforts.”
