Snowflake Ball Donates Funds

The Bolivar General Hospital Foundation dispersed donations from their 12th annual Snowflake Ball in February.
Receiving donations were Hope House, a safe-haven for abused and homeless women who need a temporary place to live, and the Bolivar-Hardeman County Library.
Since the inception of the Snowflake Ball, the Bolivar General Hospital Foundation has raised over $160,000 for worthy causes. The foundation donates to groups each year, but also holds back a portion of proceeds to aid projects and causes that arise year-round.
The board is made up of: Bethany Miller, Chairperson, Ashley Bishop, Vice Chair, Julian McTizic, Mimi Anderson, Sandra Umberger, Calvin Howell, Jody and Angela Jackson, and Bolivar General Hospital Administrator Ruby Kirby.
