Edmond Sims, District Resource Manager for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, recently spoke at the Chamber of Commerce networking session. Sims discussed how managers need to proactively address problems in the workplace and what to do if an EEOC complaint arises.
The networking session runs the first Wednesday of every month from 8 to 9 a.m.
