Pulse awarded the Leadership Award from the TNAAO

Nashville—Hardeman County Assessor of Property, Josh Pulse, was awarded the 2015 Leadership Award before the Tennessee Association of Assessing Officers during the winter meeting on Dec. 3, 2015. The award was presented on behalf of the Tennessee Association of Assessing Officers by the 2015 President, Scott Buckingham.
“The Tennessee Association of Assessing Officers proudly recognizes Josh Pulse for actively seeking to promote professionalism, service and leadership representing Hardeman County and the assessment profession in Tennessee and grant him this 2015 Leadership Award,” said 2015 Tennessee Association of Assessing Officers President Scott Buckingham.
Will Denami, Executive Director of the Tennessee Association of Assessing Officers, said “Josh Pulse demonstrates leadership by seeking to address challenges with a fresh approach and new perspective that brings about thoughtful consideration from even the most experienced Assessors in Tennessee. Josh’s track record of leadership is evidenced by his recent promotion to first vice president and chairman of the policy committee in his first term. I expect Josh will continue to represent the people of Hardeman County as a leader in this industry for years to come.”

There are a lot of good Assessors across the state whom I respect very much and to be chosen by my peers for this award means a lot to me, again, thank you,” said Josh Pulse, Hardeman County Assessor of Property.
