Luez Says Welcome Back

The Luez Theatre reopened to the public on December 14, with an opening night capacity crowd in the renovated circa 1948 theatre.
The 216 tickets for the event sold out in a pre-sale on December 13 in an hour and twenty one minutes.
The theatre is planning, for the time being, to screen movies Thursday through Sunday each week.
Purchased by the Bolivar Downtown Development Corporation (DEVCO) in 2013, the project was funded by DEVCO and through grants obtained by the City of Bolivar and the Bolivar Main Street organization.
