Hornsby to apply for grant for new water tower

The Hornsby Board of Aldermen held a specially called meeting on Tuesday, February 17, in order to pass a resolution allowing Hornsby Mayor Mack Carter to apply for a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant for the purpose of building a new water tower for the town of Hornsby.
