Hornsby Aldermen rejects Medicaid proposal

After rejecting the Medicaid Expansion proposal, presented to the board, Hornsby Aldermen and Mayor Mack Carter did a final reading of the city budget. With minimal questioning and no adjustments, all voted in favor of the budget.
