Hardeman County Master Gardeners Add to Arboretum

Hardeman County Master Gardeners recently planted six new tree species in the Middleton Arboretum at the city park. Two were planted in memory of former Master Gardeners Carolynn Meeks and Patricia Sweat. The arboretum is currently registered with the state as a level one arboretum. The group plans to have it re-registered this year to a level two which requires there be sixty different species of trees label in the Arboretum.
