HAA and ACO had a fabulous February

Hardeman Adoptable Animals works right along-side Hardeman County Animal Control.  This partnership has saved thousands of dogs over the last five years.  Dogs that are surrendered or picked up by Animal Control are networked through various social media and internet sites.  These dogs are adopted locally and rescued by other non-profit animal rescues all over the United States.  The two organizations socialize dogs and provide medical care and other preventative treatments.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of the HAA volunteers and our friends at Bark and Ride Transport (Illinois) 59 dogs were rescued in February 2016!  These dogs were transported north where many met their forever families and others settled into new foster homes.
If you are interested in joining these efforts and helping to save more dogs, please contact a volunteer:    Charla Cooper (731-234-4421), Sheila Wiggins (731-658-5944), or Jennifer Smallwood (731-609-0408).
You can check out our Facebook page, Hardeman Adoptable Animals, Inc.  You can also come to the shelter.  They are located inside the county landfill (Walton Road), and volunteers are there between 9 a.m.-1 p.m. each day.  HAA, Inc. is a 501©3 not-for-profit organization.  We are not affiliated with the Hardeman County Humane Society.
Adoption fees are $125, and this includes all vaccines, spay/neuter, and care while at the shelter.
