Grand Valley Lakes revives tradition

In previous years,  Grand Valley Lakes had a tradition of flying the U.S. and Tennessee State flags at half-staff in honor of residents who had passed away. The flags remained at half-staff from the time their death was reported through the day of their interment. Based on what is now known to be erroneous information, the board of directors voted to stop that practice in favor of displaying a wreath at the security gate.
