The Grand Valley Lakes Board has taken present action for the future replacement of the Valley’s older water tank which is rapidly deteriorating.

Grand Valley Lakes Board raises water rates

Grand Valley Lakes Board of Aldermen has taken a proactive approach toward solving a problem with their water tank. The Valley’s oldest water tank has been inspected by experts who estimate its remaining life expectancy to be no more than five years. For residents who are not aware of the old tank’s history, it is approximately 25 years old and started its life as a grain tank.
