Free workforce development course starts at Bolivar Municipal Center

One of the campaign promises made by Hardeman County Mayor Jimmy Sain came to fruition on Monday night, March 23, at the Bolivar Municipal Center, with the start of a workforce development course.
According to Sain, he first promised to start a course like this during his 2000 mayoral campaign, and he found a way to start a class even though he lost that election.
“This is one thing I campaigned on,” Sain said.
