City of Bolivar Honors Veterans

The City of Bolivar and Mayor Barrett Stevens hosted the Vietnam Veterans Celebration of 2017 on Saturday, March 4. A parade including Vietnam veterans, military personnel, state representatives, and members of the community started off the morning at the Hardeman County Criminal Justice Center and followed the route to the National Guard Armory. Special guests of the program included Medal of Honor recipient Major General (ret) James Livingston, Founder of The Real Army Wives Andrea Lynne Cory, Youth Visionary Award recipient Margaret White, and Greg Wood was the Emcee for the event
