The 1st Family Fall Fest took place Saturday at the Bolivar-Hardeman County Library. Dressed in costumes, children played different games at book-themed stations to collect stamps on their “passport”. Once all the stamps were collected, then each child received a goody bag with candy and library-themed goodies inside. Library director, Bailee Hutchinson, hopes to make this an annual event to give families a different take on “trunk-or-treating” and provide a fun, book-enriched environment for children.
