Sale at public auction will be on March 30, 2023 on or about 2:00PM local time, At the West Door of the, Hardeman County Courthouse, 100 North Main Street, Bolivar, TN 38008, conducted by the Substitute Trustee as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by JOSE CRISP AND KIM CRISP, to Atty. Arnold M. Weiss, Trustee, on February 25, 2008, at Record Book 667, Page 27 as Instrument No. 92019 in the real property records of Hardeman County Register’s Office, Tennessee.

The following real estate located in Hardeman County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:

Beginning at a point in the east line of Clifft Road said point being a distance of 220.48 feet along the east line of Clifft Road from the south line of Highway 18 thence 1) North 76 degrees 46 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 313.07 feet to a point in a ditch thence 2) South 04 degrees 57 minutes 45 seconds West with a ditch a distance of 158.52 feet thence 3) South 76 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 262.73 feet to a point in the east line of Clifft Road thence 4) North 13 degrees 33 minutes West with the east line of Clifft Road a distance of 152.13 feet to the beginning, containing 1.00 acres.

Being the same property conveyed to Jose Crisp and wife, Kim Crisp by deed recorded at Deed Book 614, page 391 on August 12, 1992 in the Register`s Office of Hardeman County, Tennessee.

This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the purchase price.  The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
