NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-7-105 of public hearings to be held by the Hardeman County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hardeman County Courthouse. The hearings will be held respectively in order to receive public input on the following Zoning Map Amendment Resolution:
1) A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF HARDEMAN COUNTY, TENNESSEE, TO REZONE A TWO (2) ACRE PORTION OF TAX PARCEL 020.00, HARDEMAN COUNTY TAX MAP 098 DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY MR. AND MRS. GLEN SISCO FROM C- 2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TOR (RESIDENTIAL); and
2) A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF HARDEMAN COUNTY, TENNESSEE, TO REZONE A 3.14 - ACRE PORTION OF TAX PARCEL 020.00, HARDEMAN COUNTY TAX MAP 098 OWNED BY GLENN SISCO LOCATED ON STATE ROUTE 125 FROM I-3 (RURAL INDUSTRIAL) TO FAR (FORESTRY AGRICULTURE RESIDENTIAL); and
3) A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF HARDEMAN COUNTY, TENNESSEE, TO REZONE A 6.08 - ACRE PORTION OF TAX PARCEL 002.02, HARDEMAN COUNTY TAX MAP 027 OWNED BY VERNON BYLER FROM FAR (FORESTRY AGRICULTURE RESIDENTIAL) TO 1-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL)
Copies of the proposed map amendment may be viewed at the Hardeman County Zoning Compliance Office or the Office of the Hardeman County Mayor located within the Hardeman County Courthouse Building.
