Law enforcement officials said the driver of the red Dodge truck struck the Dodge Caravan as the van was turning into a driveway. The driver and two passengers of the van were transported to the hospital.

Three injured in two car collision

The driver and two passengers of a Dodge Caravan were injured and transported to the hospital on Monday, May 18, after their van was struck by a red, single cab, Dodge truck at the 13000 block of Highway 18. The accident happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. and slowed traffic to one lane for approximately one hour as emergency crews worked to clean the scene.
According to law enforcement officials, the van was turning into a driveway from the road when the truck struck the van near the rear taillight on the driver’s side. The van then was spun around and came to a rest. The extent of injuries of all three individuals was not available at press time. Names of those involved in the accident were not released by authorities as of press time.
