The Clarence Minter Stop the Violence MAGNUM (Men or Mothers Against Gun Violence Unity Movement) held a rally at the Bolivar Municipal Building on Saturday, February 28, in memory of Clarence Minter, who was killed last December after being struck in the face by a bullet while sitting in his home.
