Middleton Police Department held a traffic safety day at the high school. Four enforcement agencies participated. Different displays and activities allowed students to see and experience the dangers of impaired driving. Pictured, Middleton K-9 Officer Richie Webb remotely assumes operation of the vehicle driven by student Rontavious Poplar. The officer can control the vehicle so it drives normally or simulates impaired driving as the student attempts to negotiate an obstacle course.
