Lane Wins Fifth Term

Incumbent Curtis Lane received 63% of the vote to clinch another term in office as Mayor of Grand Junction. Lane, who was first elected in 2006, won the early voting by a 36-9 margin and won 60-46 on election day over Nakita L. Prewitt.  Joining him on the Grand Junction Board of Aldermen will be Benjamin P. Allen, Steve Luellen, and Robert “Red” Webb. All three candidates ran unopposed.
