Healthy Outreach Finishes Program

A celebration for the sunset of the Hardeman Healthy Outreach program was held at the Hardeman County AgriBusiness Center on August 31, officially ending the five-year program.

Hardeman Healthy Outreach was funded by the CDC’s High Obesity Program (HOP) through The University of Tennessee Extension to improve access to food and physical activity opportunities throughout Hardeman County.
