Grand Junction Depot preservation plan becoming reality

 The city of Grand Junction literally owes its establishment to the railroad. In 1854, the Memphis and Charleston and Mississippi Central railroads formed an important junction in an area known as Moore’s Crossroads. It was around this junction the city sprang up.
