
Fun at the Fur, Fin and Feather
The 26th annual Fur, Fin, and Feather Festival will get going on Friday, September 2, with activities scheduled for that evening and all day Saturday at the City Park in Middleton.
The festival will begin with Leanne Taylor singing the national anthem at 6:00 p.m. and a welcome by Middleton Mayor Jackie Cox. Live music will grace the stage with The Wayne Gerolds Band and Parsons Creek entertaining until 10:00 p.m.
Saturday will have games, arts and crafts sales and food all day at the park with music beginning at 6:00 p.m. with Chase Antwine follwed by the Band Jones at 7:00 p.m. and the traditional closing of the festival by the 10-0-C Band, who will take the stage at 8:00 p.m.
The Art Show at the festival will be open all day Saturday as well.
Those wishing to try their hand at singing can participate in the Karaoke beginning at 5:00 p.m.
