Former mayor’s daughter-in-law tied to missing funds investigation

The State of Tennessee Comtroller’s office released the findings of an investigation into missing money from the Hardeman County Solid Waste office on Wednesday, February 4. The investigation, spanning from a time period of July 1, 2013 to September 9, 2014, targeted a cash shortage of at least $3,062.72 between that time period.
