Farmers Market Opens in Bolivar
Nothing adds gusto to a landscape like colorful plants and blooming flowers. The Hardeman County Master Gardeners were out in force on the opening day of the Bolivar Farmers Market and offered flora combinations and advice to aid home improvement projects that not only add beauty, but also help create a healthy environment.
Whether the game plan is to spruce up a porch or back yard or to totally revamp a landscape, volunteer experts offered advice with an eye on the science and art of gardening and showed a love for what they do in assisting communities and offering guidance, while educating the public on gardening and horticulture.
