Arrest made in Bolivar shooting

Bolivar Police officials announced on Wednesday, February 25, they signed warrants on Fabian Bills, 25, of Bolivar, for attempted first degree murder and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon for the Monday, February 23, shooting of Montrel Talley on Mitchell Street.
