The Middleton Lady Tigers capped a perfect season on Sunday, March 8, with a 62-50 win over Clarkrange High School to capture the Class A state title at the Murphy Center on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University.
The Lady Buffaloes were envisioning their ninth state title in their history, but the Lady Tigers were determined to cut that vision short and take the crown.
