The Hardeman County Arts Council (HCAC) is holding auditions for The Curse of the Cobra’s Kiss Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre on Monday and Tuesday, December 14 and 15, at 6 p.m. Auditions will be held at the HCAC, 1580 West Market, Bolivar, Tennessee 38008. The production dates are Thursday through Saturday, February 11-13, 2021. The show is an Egyptian theme with a cast that includes older teens (17 and older) and adults; eight males and 13 females. Hardeman County Citizens Cleanup meeting in Silerton on Ebenezer Road and Pine Top Road Saturday morning, December 12. Together, as a community, we can help to beautify our roadways. Due to the Coronavirus this year’s event will now be home delivery of Christmas meals, gift cards and goody bags to the MHDS clients living in Hardeman County. Woodrun POA and the Wheeler family will deliver a full Christmas meal with turkey, sweet potato, vegetable dressing, mashed potato, rolls, desserts, cookies, lemonade and sweet tea to all the of the residential facilities in Hardeman County, along with gift cards and goody bags. The HCAC is seeking volunteers for Tech Crew. Tech Crew is responsible for sound, special effects, lighting, and other technical areas of productions. Experience is not required, the HCAC will provide the necessary training.
