The Bolivar Farmers Market on the corner of Washington and Lafayette Streets in Bolivar is open each Saturday and Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. – 3 p.m. for the best selection of produce, plants, beef, catfish, handcrafted items and more. The City of Bolivar Community Garden volunteer hours are Mondays 8-10 a.m., Thursdays 6-8 p.m. and the first Saturday of the month from 8-10 a.m. at Pleasant Run Creek Park. If you would like more information, check out their Facebook page.
Lifeline Blood Supply will have blood drives at Bolivar General Hospital from 10 a.m.-Noon and at Bolivar Ford from 2-5 p.m. Blood donors can register to win a 2019 Ford Fiesta through August, must be 18 to donate and register. Prairie Farms Dairy Box Distribution, July 22 @ 8:30-10 am. First Baptist Church, 525 N. Main St., Middleton. Free dairy boxes include two gallons of milk, pints of flavored milk, sour cream and dip. Limited to one per family. If groups need to pick up, this must be confirmed by Monday, July 20 by email to Stephanie Middleton. The first 30 families will also receive a bag of ingredients to make a Whole Meal Salad.

Hardeman Adoptable Animals is having a big ONLINE yard sale on Saturday, July 25th at 204 Country Club Lane in Bolivar. We will be there from 7 a.m.-noon. We have a little bit of everything including some estate items! All proceeds go to finishing our new shelter.
