NAACP held ‘Teach In’ August 24

The Bolivar Hardeman County Branch (BHCB) NAACP hosted a “Teach In” on Sunday, August 24 at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church in Bolivar. The program was part of the Moral Week of Action sponsored by the Tennessee State Conference NAACP. The Bolivar branch chose to focus on equal protection under the law and the stand-your-ground-law in response to the recent events in Ferguson, Missouri.  To view more, please log in or subscribe to the digital edition.
