NOTICE OF TIME CHANGE Effective, beginning in October, the Hardeman County Highway Board of Supervisors will meet at 5 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the highway department office.

SILERTON SCHOOL REUNION 10 a.m. at Silerton Baptist Church. Hotdogs/hamburger lunches can be purchased. A CD featuring old homes in Silerton and other items  will be available for purchase.

ADULT EDUCATION CLASSES for students over the age of 18 needing a High School Equivalency diploma. Classes will be held on Thursday nights beginning  October 8  at the TCAT in Whiteville located at 1685 Highway 64. Class time will be from 5 - 8 p.m.

Hardeman County Democratic Party annual dinner and rally. 6-8 p.m. Keynote speaker, TNDP Chair Mary Mancini. Tickets available from Dixie Spencer.
