NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALEWHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated November 14, 2006, executed by BONNIE ANDERSON AND MARK R. ANDERSON, SR., conveying certain real property therein described to ROB V. BUDHWA, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Hardeman County, Tennessee recorded November 17, 2006, in Deed Book 649, Page 617-632; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., successor trustee to LaSalle Bank National Association, on behalf of the holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2007-FS1, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2007-FS1 who is now the owner of said debt; and WHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register’s Office of Hardeman County, Tennessee.
