Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett and Hardeman County Administrator of Elections Amber Moore. Hargett visited the Hardeman County Election Commission on October 20 during early voting hours.

Huge Election Turnout So Far

The election commission has been a hopping place for the last week. Through Wednesday, October 26, 2,786 voters have voted at the Hardeman County Election Commission.
After six days of early voting, the turnout is on pace to beat 2012 numbers, where 5,866 voted over the 15 days.
Hardeman County Federal, State of Tennessee, the City of Bolivar Wine in Grocery Stores referendum, Town of Hornsby, City of Middleton, Town of Saulsbury, Town of Silerton, and Town of Toone Municipal Elections will be contested this cycle.
Early voting continues through November 3. On November 3, the election commission offices will have extended hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Election Day is November 8. WMOD Radio will broadcast county results on November 8 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
