BMS makes Donation to Make a Wish

Bolivar Middle School Principal Mary Ann Polk presented Laura Moore, a volunteer wish granter for the Make a Wish Foundation, a check for $1,000 during a special school assembly on Friday, November 20, in the school gymnasium. According to Polk, the money was collected over a two week period beginning on October 26. The students were donating money for the privilege of wearing jeans on Friday’s during the month of November. In addition, some teachers made anonymous donations.
